PASSION COUTURE 06

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

📍 Practical Information & Access

1. What are the opening hours of the Passion Couture 06 workshop?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm without interruption, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Do I need to book an appointment to visit the workshop?

For alterations and repairs (hems, size adjustments, leather), you can come directly to our Cannes La Bocca workshop without an appointment. However, letting us know you are coming is recommended for faster service. On the other hand, for any bespoke creation project, an initial meeting on-site is essential.

3. Are there any specific instructions for dropping off garments?

Yes, we ask that all garments be washed before being dropped off for hygiene reasons and out of respect for our team.

✂️ Our Services & Lead Times

4. What types of services do you offer?

We offer alterations, repairs, bespoke tailoring, and personalised clothing creation services.

5. What is the average lead time for an alteration or repair?

The lead time varies depending on the complexity of the work. For a simple alteration like a hem, expect 2 to 3 working days. For size adjustments directly on you or repairs on complex materials like leather, the lead time is 4 to 7 working days.

6. Do you work on all types of garments and fabrics?

Yes, we work on a wide variety of garments (dresses, suits, shirts, trousers) and with most fabrics: cotton, silk, wool, polyester, as well as delicate materials such as satin, denim, or leather.

7. Do you offer an express service?

Yes, for emergencies, we offer a 2-hour express service for an additional fee.

🧵 Bespoke Creation

8. Do you make bespoke clothing and do I need to provide the fabric?

Yes, we do bespoke creation and reproduction. For this, an initial meeting at the workshop is essential to define the design. The fabric must be provided by the client, as we only keep a small stock. Depending on the complexity, a first fitting is scheduled around the 10th day, otherwise, it takes approximately 15 days to finalise the making of your garment.

💳 Prices, Quotes & Payment

9. Is it possible to get a quote remotely before starting the work?

No, we do not give any prices over the phone, by email, or by message, as we lack essential details (fabric material, manufacturing method, necessary accessories). To establish a price, we must know your exact needs and examine the item in person at the workshop. Following this examination, we will give you a quote immediately.

10. What are your prices for alterations?

Prices start from €10 for simple alterations such as shortening a hem, and then vary depending on the complexity of the work assessed on-site.

11. Can I pay after the work is done?

No, full payment is required before work begins. For invoices over €200, a 50% deposit is accepted.
